My house is located in the capital city of Laos where people can enjoy cable world’s famous TV programs through local cble TV company. People here do not pay attention to these TV programs, they watch Thai and Lao programs because of languages and cultures. For me I can understand some languages and I try watching different programs of many countries. I watch progams of Cambodia, Vietnam, China, Russia, France, Germany, Australia, Japan, Korea… Some programs are in English.

Yesterday, I searched through many channel and I stopped at Japan’s NHK. There was the reportage of a man who is the webmaster (like me). Nakamura studied architechture, but became a succesful webmaster.

He used to work with TV ads which uses Video clip, text, and sound. Ads for websites use the same concept as TV ads, but Nakamura found the differences betweens them, interaction. With TV you just can just watch and cannot do anything else. But with websites Nakamura tries to communicate with readers using mouse pointers. You will find unique effect whenever you move your mouse or click. He showed one page for TV, He used the face of a man and let the readers to move the mouse and see how his hair grows longer and shorter as the mouse moves. In short all his webpages have unique effects that you have never seen before.

• Site Search: If you’re concerned about users leaving your site
through Websearch, you can now you can choose to provide just site
search so users can find all the information they’re looking for
on your site. We also recommend that you host the search results
on your own pages so your users won’t leave your site when they
perform a search.
• Vertical Search: You can also allow your users to search across
multiple sites - this could be a network of sites that you own or
other related sites that you think your users might find useful.
Examples of vertical searches include computer forums, travel
blogs, or political sites you endorse.
You can get started with the features above by visiting your
AdSense Setup tab and selecting ‘AdSense for search’ as your
product. Just like with your ad and referral units, your ad
settings will be saved within your account when you create a new
search engine. You can then go back at a later time and quickly
make any updates to your search settings. Once you’ve set up your
search box, you may wish to explore more advanced features such as
site exclusion, labels, and collaboration.
